Terms and Conditions
  • The rates are per room per night including breakfast and VAT but excluding the nightly tourism levy of 1%.
  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Rooms will be kept until 18:00 on day of arrival unless otherwise assured or guaranteed.
  • Check-in is after 14:00 and check-out is before 10:00.
  • Cancellation Policy per Booking
    • Cancellations - for two or less rooms - within 48 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a full cancellation fee of the value of the accommodation booked.
    • Cancellations - for three to 10 rooms - within seven days prior to arrival will be subject to a full cancellation fee of the value of the accommodation booked.
    • Cancellations - more than ten rooms, group cancellation policy will apply.
  • Guaranteed reservations will be held for first night only, after which the accommodation will be released.
  • Rates may be subject to change.

Children under the age of 12 and under (Maximum 1 child per room) will be accommodated free of charge on a Bed Only bass if sharing with one or two adults, but will be charged for meals. Children occupying their own rooms will be charged the full adults rate. Subject to availability of family rooms. Children between the ages of 0- 2, no charge.
Children 3-12, 50% of the applicable rate per meal per day. Children above the age of 12 will be charged full rate for all meals. This policy does not apply to room service meals.
