• Rates quoted are for the entire property and are negotiable subject to the number of nights booked and the number of guests.

Cancellation:
A refund will only be considered if the booking is cancelled 3 weeks prior to your date of arrival and subject to the condition that we are able to re-let the entire period of your confirmed reservation. Please note that 20% of the total accommodation charge per your reservation will be levied as a cancellation fee regardless. We advise you to take out cancellation insurance.
