Terms and Conditions
Rates are quoted per room per night.
Rates include accommodation, full South Africa breakfast (unless otherwise indicated)and VAT.
Rates exclude a 1% tourism levy.
Should the above rates not be available, the client will be offered BAR (Best Available Rate).
We reserve the right at our discretion to amend the rates, payment and cancellation policies set out during major events, conferences or sporting events.
Rates exclude all meals, beverages, extras and activities not included in the accommodation rate and specified above.

CHILDREN:
Subject to availability of suitable accommodation and maximum 2 children sharing a bedroom with 2 adults:
Where bedrooms cannot accommodate children sharing with adults, 2 rooms need to be booked in which case the single rate would apply to children’s room.

PAYMENT:
Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival, (or on making the reservation if within 30 days), payment in full must be made on confirmation of the reservation.

General:
We reserve the right to request deposits or full payment in advance of the above, in the case of large groups, long stays or high occupancy.

CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
30 Days prior to the group arrival guests have the right to cancel or amend the tour or confirm number of rooms booked without penalty. Refunds, if agreed, are subject to a 10% administration fee.
If cancelled 29 - 22 days prior to arrival, we will levy a 10% charge of the full value of the accommodation booked.
If cancelled 21 – 15 days prior to arrival, we will levy a 30% cancellation fee of the accommodation booked.
If cancelled 14 – 07 days prior to arrival, we will levy a 50% cancellation fee of the total value of the accommodation booked.
If cancelled 06 – 01 days prior to arrival, we will levy a 65% cancellation fee of the total value of the accommodation booked.
All no shows will be charged at 100% OF THE TOTAL VALUE OF THE BOOKING.
