Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of travel, full payment is required on confirmation of your reservation.

Cancellations policy (excluding peak season and high demand periods)
Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will be charged one (1) night’s accommodation, at the reserved room rate.
All no-shows will be charged one (1) night’s accommodation, at the reserved room rate.
Refunds where agreed are subject to a 10% administration fee.
