Villa Spalatina

Villa Spalatina is a large house situated in the residential area of Meje. The house is ideal for couples or a large family and can comfortably sleep eight people. The house is located on the outskirts of the park-forest Marjan, and only five minutes from the town centre and Diocletian Palace.

This double-storey stone villa was renovated in 2007 and is fitted with quality furniture and modern appliances. The house is built in the traditional Dalmatian urban style with a private pool, sauna and spacious garden. The ground floor has a hallway, a study with a TV set, a sitting room with a TV and a piano, a dining room, a loggia, a kitchen and a bathroom. The first floor has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a terrace and a hall. The rooms are all large and spacious. The house has a basement which houses the sauna, a laundry room and an extra bathroom.

The spacious kitchen has a ceramic hob, a dishwasher and a coffee filter machine. The terrace enjoys spectacular views of the harbour, the island and the sea.
