Bordering the banks of the Thamalakane River, Sitatunga Camp offers a variety of accommodation options to guests. It is situated just outside of Maun and is a great option for nature enthusiasts visiting this part of Botswana.

The site offers 12 lovely cabins with single beds and communal ablution facilities. There are also 12 comfortably furnished chalets. Each air-conditioned chalet has two single beds, an en-suite bathroom as well as tea and coffee facilities.

The property also offers 13 shaded and secure campsites, of which each can accommodate up to six guests. Some sites have electricity points and braai facilities. These sites are patrolled by full-time security guards.

Guests can relax in the communal swimming pool while appreciating the views of the surrounding area. The property also offers an on-site restaurant and bar for guests to enjoy.

Excellent oasis after camping in the wild.

They are in a great location - not to far away from the hustle and bustle of Maun. We stayed in the chalets, which is very small and gets very hot in the height of summer, but the air conditioners helped a lot. Most of the items on the menu couldn't be ordered due to being out of stock, which really limited what we could have and the mattresses needs to be replaced. They were very lumpy. We didn't spend a lot of time in the rooms, so it wasn't so bad. Great place for a one night stopover on your way deeper into the Delta or on the way out of Botswana. The pools are great and the customer service was really good. We thoroughly enjoyed the bushbabies everywhere.

Lovely rustic accommodation, extremely relaxing by

Location was lovely, extremely tranquil surroundings. A bit far from any self drive game parks, but the value for money was excellent. The Wi-Fi router had some issues connecting, but this is not a big problem when on a bush holiday. EXTREMELY clean and comfortable lodgings, as well as very helpful and friendly staff. I would just improve the drainage a little bit on the outdoor showers. Thank you for an amazing and relaxing 2 days!

did not have a campsite for 3 vehicles close together admin said that "safarinow"cancell my stay but they did receive the payment the bathroom was dirty and shower water was cold everyday not recommended to anybody to stay there

Excellent location by

Close enough to enjoy the action in Maun eg a flight over the Okavango. Very helpful and friendly staff as well as excellent food at restaurant where wi-fi was available. The chalets, though small, was comfortable. Slogging through the sand to get to the restaurant was a schlepp - paving would be nice.
