Ruah Camping

Ruah Camping is a small campsite on a grape farm in the Hex River Valley near De Doorns and is surrounded by mountains and river streams. The campsites are ideal for guests with a caravan, caravan or vehicle with a high ground clearance.

The campsites are covered with grass, some have shade and all the pitches offer a view of the river and the valley. Each campsite has a braai area.

Campers share communal ablution blocks that have showers, toilets and basins.

Although swimming in the river or the storage dam is not allowed, there is a stone pool five-minutes walk along a trail. Campers can hike, jog and cycle on the farm. There is a trail next to the stone pool that is less used, but it leads to a San rock art rock site and more swimming pools.
