Lalamanzi offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in an upmarket, beautifully furnished 4-bedroom home situated on the Breede River in Witsand. The house is ideal for families or groups and offers views of the river from the living room, two bedrooms, games room & upstairs wooden deck. Boat mooring is available in front of the house for exclusive use.

The house can accommodate up to 10 guests, a maximum of 6 adults and 4 children and comprises 4 bedrooms. The first, second and third bedrooms each contain a double bed, and the fourth bedroom is a large room upstairs with 4 single beds, suitable for children.

The house also comprises 2 bathrooms, a third bathroom with a basin and toilet, an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining room, and a games room with a pool table, and a bar counter and chairs. The games room leads to the upstairs wooden deck. The house also offers an indoor fireplace and an outdoor braai area. The house is equipped with a TV, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a washing line, an oven and stove, and a fridge. There is also a verandah downstairs.

For security, access to the estate is through a remote control gate for guests and residents only. There is parking for 2 vehicles on the road in front of the home inside the estate. The area is slow-paced and relaxed with small locally owned shops and restaurants. Watch the kite surfers, go for walks, or relax by the sea. The area is ideal for fishing in the estuary, as well as deep-sea fishing.
