Situated on the 2nd floor of a striking modern building, this beautifully-decorated, large self-catering apartment is literally across the road from the beach. Guest accommodation comprises of three generous bedrooms, all with access to the balcony and uninterrupted sea views. 2 of the bedrooms have queen-size beds and the 3rd has two single beds. The main bedroom has an open plan en-suite bathroom and there is a full bathroom for the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Top-quality linen, bath towels, and guest toiletries are supplied and built-in wardrobes provide ample storage space.

The open plan living and dining area also have direct access to the balcony and large undercover patio with 180° views. The living area is equipped with DStv (Satellite TV). A fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The apartment is allocated an undercover and guest parking. Communal facilities include a fresh water swimming pool, barbecue facilities, beach access and 24-hour security controlled reception.

The Strands beautiful white sand stretches along 5 kilometers and makes this a fantastic place for that romantic stroll or that jog on the beach you have been meaning to go on! Many rock pools make this a fun place for children to play around in and a great spot for anglers.

Surfing is very popular here, especially amongst beginners as the waves breaks are quite safe. Along the promenade, you will find an array of bars, restaurants, cafes and coffee shops to enjoy. There is an entertainment area with a put-put course, tidal pools, swimming pool and waterslide for those who do not want to venture into the sea.

The Stellenbosch Wine Route is 20 minutes away, Cape Town 50 km and the popular coastal towns of Hermanus and Betty's Bay easy to explore from here.
