The Eco Karoo Mountain Lodge has a beauty of its own waiting for you to experience. The Farm name Knoffelfontein (in English, Garlic Fountain) was given to the farm in 1910 because of the natural spring found just behind the Eco Karoo Lodge, and home of the Tulbaghia violacea (Wild Garlic flower) growing freely on the farm.
