Difficult to find coming by road from the east. No shaving mirror above basin in bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff.

Not what its made out to be by

The service was definitely not up to standard, the bath tub was not stable, the TV only showed one channel and when we notified reception we never got feedback on how the matter is being sorted out, and unfortunately it was not sorted out for the entire weekend, and no one bothered to apologize.
