Die Stal

Die Stal offers self-catering accommodation and a boutique function venue, on a one-hectare smallholding surrounded by glorious mountains and with breathtaking views over vineyards. This newly renovated space is the definition of pure relaxation and country side tranquility. Come and hike, run or mountain bike through the special Boland vegetation on various routes and secret paths.

Die Stal is a converted old horse stable that has been renovated to a two-room unit full of character and interesting detail. It has an open-plan layout. The main bedroom area is in the open-plan living space and contains a double bed with crisp white Egyptian cotton linen. The second bedroom contains a comfortable daybed, that can be converted to a double bed, next to a cosy fireplace. The bathroom contains a walk-in shower, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and towels for your comfort.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, two-plate hob and a microwave. The dining area features a 6-seater dining table and chairs. There is a lounge area with lovely views. A weber is available for outdoor braai. Wood and fire lighters can be bought on site.

We will happily provide you with a welcoming platter, any meals, braai packs, salads and wine, by arrangement. Your host, Jolandi, is a professional qualified chef and caterer and can provide you with meals during your stay or function.

Die Stal is a boutique function venue for any type of party, conference or get together. We can accommodate 30 people seated inside (during the winter months) or 40 people seated during summer when doors are open. Venue setup available on request.
