Cussonia Country Home is close enough for a quick getaway and far enough to experience absolute peace and quiet (just 36 km from Pretoria, 50 km from O.R Tambo International Airport). With our country-style accommodation we invite you to embark on a retreat of wellness and discover a place of relaxation, pampering, excellent food and serenity. Simplicity is the new luxury, the noise stops here.

The three en-suite rooms in the main house and the two en-suite rooms above our health centre feature king-size beds, each room sleeps two, and breakfast is included in your stay as well as amenities for your comfort. Cussonia, our executive suite, opens up on the deck.

The cottage consists of two bedrooms, with a queen-size bed each (sleeping two), two bathrooms, a sleeper couch, amenities, and a fully equipped kitchenette. Celtis and Fever Berry can be booked separately (breakfast included) or together as a self-catering unit (with the option to include breakfast).

Room amenities include air-conditioning, a hairdryer, a small fridge, safe, free Wi-Fi and tea- and coffee-making facilities.

To make your stay memorable, Cussonia Country Home can assist with and arrange a number of activities. Step into the wilder side of life, go on game drives, or enjoy horse riding amongst grazing zebras.

The area is also known for flyfishing and has a rich bird life. For the mountain bike enthusiast there are numerous obstacles and tracks to choose from just 18 km from us while Cullinan (34 km away), with its diamond mine and museum, offers abseiling, hiking trails, quad biking, zip sliding, and 4×4 trials.

*Please note, the last stretch to Cussonia is a 2 km dirt road, well-maintained and no problem for low clearance vehicles.
