We enjoyed our stay very much. Nice and quiet. Access to all activities in this area. Good booking service for activities. Recommend for couples or families.


Very poor rating by

What a disaster! Sub-standard hotel for the rates we paid. NO management involvement, staff not trained and the rooms is pathetic. The only words towards the food! BAD. Overall, what a disaster! Hope I never have to experience this ever!

I'm sorry for the experience you had at our hotel. Your experience opened my eyes to some changes I needed to make regarding to the staff and I thank you for that. I'm just sorry it had to come at your expense. I heard your advice and took it whole-heartedly and already made some changes between demotions and getting rid of some of the "bad apples." I know that this doesn't fix anything you went through, but I find it imperative to let you know that I am taking the necessary action to prevent such occurrences to happen in the future.
