The first bedroom contains a double bed with en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a shower, basin and a toilet. and the second and third bedroom contains two single beds.

The additional bathroom has a bath only. The kitchen features a breakfast-nook and is equipped with an oven and stove, a fridge-freezer, and a microwave. The lounge is equipped with a big-screen TV and comfortable seating.

There is secure parking inside the courtyard and a garage if you would like to bring bicycles, bodyboards and your boat. The Madriko building has a laundromat situated on the ground floor as well as a bicycle shop on the ground floor where bicycles can be rented.
